You can register as an Associates by filling up the Associate Registration Form. The form is available on the website or you can also call Wellscience™ to register as an Associate.

Once you have finished entering the details on the form, please remember to check if all the details entered by you are correct. You will then be asked for the mode of payment by which you would like to pay for the Registration.

You can choose out of the many payment modes that Wellscience™ offers:

• Cash or demand draft payable to Wellscience™ (available only at a Facilitation Desk).
• Credit Card or Netbanking.
• ITZ Cash Card.
• Axis Bank Deposit Account (please check if facility is available in your city).
• Wellscience™ e-cash - Wellscience™ offers you the facility of e-cash, e-cash is a legal form of computer-based currency that can be securely purchased and withdrawn by using a credit card, cash deposits or demand drafts. This needs to be deposited in Wellscience bank account whereby you can create a prepaid deposit with Wellscience™ in your account. Further, you are supposed to make payment for the requested amount by using any of the above modes of payment. While transacting if you choose the e-cash mode of payment, the amount due is automatically deducted from your e-cash account.
• Once the payment is made you will receive a confirmation from Wellscience™.
• In case payment mode chosen by you is Axis Bank Deposit, you will receive a transaction ID. You are then required to fill in your Associate ID, Associate Name and transaction ID and amount payable in the Axis Bank Deposit Slip available with you in your Business Development Kit. Please deposit the amount by cash in the Axis Bank branch in your city (please see the website for the branch details) within 24 hours of registration and within banking hours. Once you have deposited the amount in Axis Bank, the bank will issue Wellscience™ the authorization to complete your transaction. In case you do not enter your transaction ID there is a danger that your transaction will not be captured in our system.

On completion of the transaction using any of the above payment modes, the company will courier the Business Development Kit along with products ordered for to the address specified.

Note: Ensure that you place the first order of 3000 SV within 24 hrs of your registration. It is advised that you place your order at the time of registration, to activate your registration. If you do not do so the Associate application will automatically lapse.
