Wellscience™ offers an exciting and extremely rewarding Leadership Bonus to all those Associates who have been able to demonstrate leadership abilities by building large and successful networks. A pool of 3% of the total company GSV per week is set aside. This pool is divided weekly amongst all qualifying Gold Directors and above.

Given above is a hypothetical example of the earning potential with the leadership bonus. However, it is important to note that the value of the share is dependent on the total pool value divided by the number of shares for the week. In order to achieve the Gold Director Level, you would need to max 1 of your registered IBC’s for a consecutive four weeks. The qualification criterion increases as per the illustration above. In effect the more the IBC’s you have and the more that max-out, the greater your earnings.

To qualify for Leadership Bonus, an Associate must:

• Achieve the rank of Gold director.
• Generate atleast 4000 SV in personal sales volume during the rolling four week period (last four weeks).
• Maximize at least one Independent Business Centre during the current week.
• Be active within their group in training and supporting their downlines.
