The Wellscience™ Wealth plan is easy to understand.
The business is built on the concept of Independent Business Centres (IBC), where you
build a business by balancing along two sides of your IBC, one on your left leg and one on
your right leg.
The Commissions are generated on Group Sales Volumes (GSV) accumulated in your team
by your left leg and right leg irrespective of the level that this sale is generated from. This
exciting and dynamic structure encourages you to re-energize your teams at all levels.
You are paid on the balance of sales volume (see illustration above) that is accumulated on
the left leg and the right leg every week. All the products carry a Sales Volume and these
are accumulated in your team as and when your team purchases products.
In the example above, you have two legs; Ajay on the left and Anju on the right. In this
particular business cycle Ajay and his group achieved a Sales Volume of 24000 and Anju
and her group achieved a Sales Volume of 28000. As a result you hit the slab of 20000
and were paid Rs 4000 as a commission this week.
You may notice here that while Ajay and his group achieved a volume of 24000, you were
only paid on 20000. The balance 4000 is what we call “Carry Forward” and this volume
gets carried into your next week’s pay cycle. This effectively means that you already have
the benefit of a starting advantage for the next week. This volume gets added to all the
volume that Ajay and his group achieve next week helping to raise you to a higher slab. The
same is true for Anju and her group.
To earn commissions you are required to do a minimum Personal Sales Volume (PSV)
every four week rolling period. Please refer to the Levels of Advancement table for
minimum PSV requirements.
The power of your Wellscience™ business lies in the sale of products and the exponential
growth that you will enjoy as your group grows and you find more like minded people
as eager to grow as you are. When you train them and mentor them, you will achieve
growth.
In this illustration Ajay and Anju have both grown in terms of group size and volume. Now,
Ajay and his group achieved a Sales Volume of 86000 and Anju and her group achieved a
Sales Volume of 92000. As a result you hit the slab of 80000 and were paid Rs 16000 as
a commission this week. And of course, you carry a healthy 6000 on your left and 12000
on your right into the next week’s pay cycle.
With unique re-entry concept that allows you to
leverage greater earnings
As your Wellscience™ business progresses and both Ajay and Anju cross the 200000
mark, you achieve what is called the “max-out”. While your income hits Rs 40000
per week, more importantly, you are now going to experience the real potential of the
Wellscience™ business.
When your IBC YOU.001 hits the max-out, you receive a re-entry certificate. Now this
allows you to earn from the depth in your business. To activate an Independent Business
Centre with a Re-Entry Certificate, you must order products totaling 3000 PSV at the time
you redeem the certificate. You can earn up to two Re-Entry Certificates per Independent
Business Centre, and no matter how many Independent Business Centres you activate, it
only takes the minimum required PSV as per your level every four-week rolling period to
keep all of them active.
You may place the Re-Entry at the bottom of any leg. Re-Entry certificates will not expire.
A Re-Entry must be placed with at least ten active Associates .001 Independent Business
Centres between the Re-Entry and any other personal Independent Business Centre. This
condition does not apply to the first two Re-Entries you place. An active Associate for Re-
Entry purposes is an Associate who has qualified to earn commissions.
Since you receive two Re-Entry certificates for each of your original Independent Business
Centres, as well as two Re-Entry Certificates for each new Independent Business Centre,
there is no limit to the number of Independent Business Centres you can have in your
network.
Sales in every new Independent Business Centre will generate commissions not only for
your new Independent Business Centres but also for all the Independent Business Centres
you have upline from the new one. |
