The Wellscience™ Drive for Diamond is an intensive leadership and motivational training program conducted for Associates achieving the Gold Director title.

On achieving The Gold Director title, an Associate has reached the first step to success. It is now time for them to emerge as a true business leader. It is at this level where Associates in their groups look upto to them for motivation, guidance and support.
