I confirm that I have attained the age of majority and am legally competent to contract.
In the case of Joint Associateship, I may apply only with my spouse as co-applicant, and all earnings arising from this business shall be payable by the Company in the name of the first applicant.
I understand that I can register as an Associate only once and cannot hold more than one registration with the Company.
I also understand that I may apply for registration as an Associate in the name of a partnership, corporation, private limited, or limited company, and the same shall be registered under a duly appointed body.
I acknowledge and confirm that I will always act in my capacity as a self-employed person in relation to this registration as an Associate and will not, at any time, claim to be an employee of the Company or claim any benefits applicable to employees. My relationship with the Company is solely as an Associate for the products sold and services provided by the Company.
All commissions and bonuses shall be payable as per the VLCC Online Services Pvt Ltd Compensation Plan, and I shall have no right to claim any other form of income other than those stated in the Compensation Plan.
I shall not use the Company name, logo, or trademark in any manner other than as permitted under the guidelines issued by the Company.
I accept the Company’s right to reject this Application for Registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide any reason.
I undertake responsibility for complying with Sales Tax/VAT, Service Tax, Octroi, Toll Taxes, and all other applicable local laws, and for obtaining all necessary licenses and registrations required for conducting my business as an Associate from time to time.
I confirm that I shall not invite or entice any existing Associate of the Company to leave their current Associateship and join under my Associateship.
I shall not use misleading, deceptive, or unfair sales practices. I shall always identify myself to prospective Associates or Customers, carry my ID card, and disclose the identity of the Company, its opportunity, and its products.
I undertake to provide accurate, correct, and complete information regarding the Company’s products and shall not make any false or fictitious claims about the products or the business opportunity.
I shall fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and shall not compel or induce any Associate or Customer to purchase goods or services in quantities exceeding reasonable expected usage within a reasonable period.
I shall make fair representations of actual or potential sales or earnings, and all such representations shall be supported by documentation provided by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to terminate my Associateship in case of non-compliance, breach, or violation of any code of ethics, policies, or procedures of the Company.
I shall always carry my identity card and shall not visit a customer’s premises without prior appointment or approval.
I shall always explain to the consumer in detail the Company’s “Goods Return Policy” and “Cooling Off Period” prior to any transaction.
My Associate ID shall automatically terminate if I do not place any order for a period of two years from my last order.
Any Associate who remains inactive for a period of two years (i.e., does not place any order during that period) shall be free to re-register under any other sponsor or upline.
All disputes arising out of or relating to this registration shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts, and I acknowledge that courts in Delhi alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such matters pertaining to this relationship.
