  • We are registered as VLCC Online Services Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, Haryana.
  • We have applied for registration of the trademark "VLCC Wellscience".
  • We have customer care call centre support for our associates. Support can be requested at Customer Care No. 9971090919, 9810677919, email: connectwellscience@vlccgroup.com, and Grievance Cell on the website.
  • We have a valid GST No. 07AAFCV4059C1ZF for Delhi, PAN & TAN Numbers AAFCV4059C & RTKV04420D, and products are manufactured in cGMP and FSSAI-certified manufacturing plants with Ayurvedic, Dietary Supplement, and Cosmetic licenses as required for the product.
  • Registration is free, and we don't give any commission on recruitment.
  • There is no renewal fee or charges.
  • Products are competitively priced as compared to the market.
  • Products can be returned or replaced if any manufacturing or quality defect is found within 30 days of purchase, provided any seal/protection on the product is kept unbroken.
  • In case of product return, the Sales Volume given on the product at the time of purchase will be debited, and that shall impact all the uplines. Also, the commission earned by the Associate for the product purchase will be recovered before returning the amount.
  • An Associate can surrender his/her business within 30 days of registration under the cooling period. In case of product return on surrendering of his/her business, the Sales Volume given on the product at the time of purchase will be debited, and that shall impact all the uplines. Also, the commission earned by the Associate for the product purchase will be recovered before returning the amount.
  • We don't push associates to buy bulk quantities of products.
  • There are defined terms and conditions for the marketing plan, and commissions are released on a fortnightly basis as agreed.
  • We don't make any fictitious claims about our products.
  • We are a genuine direct selling company which gives commission on sale of products and not a pyramid scheme.

  • We conduct regular New Associates Orientation Programs called "Welcome to VLCC Wellscience" to give elaborate information about VLCC Wellscience business to its associates.
  • We provide a unique ID number to our associates, and ID cards can be downloaded from the website.
  • All business transactions are very well maintained on the website, and relevant details are also provided to the associates on their login.
  • KYC norms are fulfilled for each Associate, and valid PAN, bank accounts, and address are updated in the profile of the Associate.
  • VLCC Online Services Pvt. Ltd. is listed on Ministry of Consumer Affairs website at serial no. 332.

  • I understand that VLCC Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) business opportunity comprises the sale of goods and the provision of services from time to time.
  • I certify that the information provided by me in this Application Form is true and correct.
  • I have read the Code of Conduct of the Company for Associates, and I agree to abide by the same, including any amendments or additions made by the Company from time to time. I acknowledge that the Code of Conduct is an integral part of the terms of my registration as an Associate.
  • I agree to adhere to the Policies and Procedures defined by VLCC Online Services Pvt. Ltd. and understand that I must comply with the same in order to fulfill my obligations as an Associate.
  • I accept that in the event of any breach of the Code of Conduct, the Company shall be entitled to immediately and unilaterally terminate my registration, and I shall not be entitled to claim any monetary compensation for such termination.
  • I have understood the “Compensation Plan” and “Rules for Bonuses” and shall adhere to the guidelines laid down therein.
